HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM LACE CLOSURE WIG

During your consult measurements will be taken. Please do not have anything installed in your hair this helps to ensure accurate measurements.

A photo is encouraged, especially if you desire color. All questions are welcomed. Please have them written down. I want you to leave strapped with information.

ORDER HAIR

I offer multiple textures of Raw and single donor Virgin hair extensions. Please note: to guarantee  the quality of your custom wig they are only constructed only using hair from hairbynedramonet.com so that you can achieve the best quality color and to ensure the longevity of your wig.

CUSTOM WIG FAQ'S

GENERAL WIG INFORMATION

  • All custom wigs are made by me using a ventilated cap

  • Ventilated Caps are cooler and allow the scalp to breathe

  • All wigs are made using a sewing machine

  • Because wigs are made to fit your measurements, they will be snug yet comfortable it will be easy to wear your wig during the day and remove it a night for more access to your scalp

  • Wigs can be sewn down if desired

  • Wigs can be colored

  • Wig grips are available

TYPES OF WIGS AVAILABLE

  • Lace Closure (no natural hair exposed)

  • U-Part-V-part wig (some natural hair is exposed)

TURN AROUND TIME FOR UNITS

I I ask for "up to" two weeks after your hair arrives.

UP KEEP/ MAINTENANCE

  • When using our hair extensions, your wig can last you up to 4-5 years with proper tlc

  • Shampoo and condition your hair at least every 2-3

  • Be gentle when combing. Start from the ends first using a wide tooth comb. (If hair has been curled for a few weeks and not combed through or if you have not been caring for it a you should, please mist or moisten hair with water the comb using a wide tooth comb starting at hair ends

  • Do not allow product to remain in the hair for weeks.

CONSULT PROCESS & PAYMENT​

  • We will schedule a date on for your install

  • Virtual and In person consultations are available 

  • All measurements provide by you during the virtual consultation are what your wig will be made from 

  • Once you place your hair order with me, I will email you an invoice that will include:

    • Wig Construction Cost​

    • Install Cost (includes shampoo, conditioning , braid down and hair & scalp oil) 

    • Color Cost

    • Any additional services we may have discussed.​

  • The total for the invoice will be divided into two payment dates. The first payment MUST BE PAID within 24 hour of the invoice being sent or your appointment will be cancelled even if you have placed an order for hair.

  • The remaining balance will be due on your date of service.​​

  • All custom v-part/ u-part and lace closure wigs and extensions sales are final. 

  • Any service added during your appointment outside of what is listed on your invoice will at an additional cost.
