RAW & LUXE EXTENSIONS

RAW
Raw hair is made to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processing is complete, your order will ship within up to 5 business days.

LUXE
Please allow up to 8 business days for processing and shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

WIGS

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits and partial payments are applied toward the total order and do not guarantee delivery of a product until the full balance is paid.

Completed units will not be shipped or released until the remaining balance is paid in full.

If the client chooses not to complete payment after production has started, the order will be considered abandoned, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Due to the custom nature of all units, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with style preference is not grounds for a refund.

DELIVERY
Delivery time is separate and varies by carrier. Tracking is sent once shipped.

REFUNDS

Once hair is ordered, cut, colored, installed, or made into a unit, the order is considered in production and no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.

By booking, purchasing, or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms above.
