Deposit + Payment

Deposit secures your custom wig order and is applied toward the total unit price. Remaining balance is due before shipping. You can pay remaining balance via invoice or Zelle with receipt. 

Custom Order Policy

All units are custom-made. Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours for this unit. If you desire a return on your deposit it will less 2.5% and please send your request to hair.nedra@gmail.com.  

Turnaround Time

Please allow 3–5 weeks after ordering.

Changes & Cancellations

Any change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your deposit. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started. Time Each unit is made-to-order. Please allow build time for coloring + customization before shipping.

Daily Care
• Gently brush from ends to roots before and after wear.
• Store your unit on a mannequin head or in a satin bag to prevent tangling.
• Avoid heavy oils at the root—use light products sparingly.

Washing (every 7–14 wears, or as needed)

Detangle dry hair first (ends to roots).

Use lukewarm water and a moisturizing shampoo. Cleanse in a downward motion—do not scrub.

Rinse thoroughly, then apply a rich conditioner. Let sit 5–10 minutes.

Rinse and gently blot with a towel (no rubbing).

Apply leave-in + heat protectant. Air-dry when possible.

Deep Conditioning
Deep condition every 2–3 weeks to maintain softness and reduce shedding/tangling.

Heat Styling
• Always use a heat protectant.
• Keep heat moderate (avoid the highest settings).
• Limit daily heat to extend the life of the hair.

Color / Chemical Services
For best longevity, have all coloring/toning done professionally. Excessive bleaching and repeated toning can shorten lifespan.

Shedding & Tangles (what’s normal)
Light shedding is normal. Tangling is usually caused by product buildup, friction, or sleeping without protection.

Night Routine
• Braid loosely or wrap the hair.
• Sleep in a satin bonnet/scarf or on a satin pillowcase.

What to Avoid
• Alcohol-heavy products, heavy silicones, and waxes that cause buildup
• Sleeping with wet hair
• Excessive oiling at the scalp area of the unit

 

What you need
• Soft measuring tape (string w/ ruler optional) 
• Mirror (or a friend to help)

Before you measure
• Make sure your hair is as flat as possible (low bun, braids, or a wig cap).
• Don’t measure over a high ponytail or bulky style.

How to measure head circumference

Place the tape at the center of your forehead, right in front of your natural hairline.

Wrap the tape around your head, going above your ears and around the back where your head rounds out the most (the occipital bone).

Bring the tape back to the starting point at the front hairline.

The tape should be snug but not tight (you should be able to slide one finger under it).

Write down the measurement in inches. Measure twice to confirm.

If using string
Wrap the string the same way, mark where it meets, then measure the length with a ruler.

Tip
If you’re between sizes, choose the slightly larger measurement—we can adjust for a secure fit.
